1. Understanding Duqhan's Limitations as a Marketplace
Duqhan is a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We don't own or create any of the items sold on our marketplace, and we don't have control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed. We also don't have control over the accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We provide a platform for sellers to list items, and we help buyers find and purchase items, but we're not responsible for the items themselves.
2. Communicating with Other Duqhan Members
When you use Duqhan, you'll have the opportunity to communicate with other members of our community. This can include messaging sellers to ask questions about items, leaving reviews for sellers or items, and engaging with other members in our forums or community spaces. We expect all members of our community to treat each other with respect and to follow our community guidelines. If you have any concerns about a member's behavior, please let us know.
3. Purchasing an Item on Duqhan
When you find an item that you'd like to purchase on Duqhan, you'll be taken through our checkout process. This process is designed to be simple and straightforward, and we'll guide you through each step. You'll have the opportunity to review the item, the price, and the shipping information before making your purchase. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about the transaction.
4. Leaving a Review of an Item
We encourage buyers to leave reviews of items and sellers on Duqhan. Reviews help other buyers make informed decisions and can help sellers improve their offerings. When leaving a review, please make sure that it's respectful, honest, and accurate. We don't tolerate fake or malicious reviews, and we reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our policies.
5. Creating and Uploading Content
As a buyer on Duqhan, you'll have the opportunity to create and upload content to our platform. This might include reviews of items or sellers, forum posts, or other types of content. When creating or uploading content, please make sure that it's respectful, honest, and accurate. We don't tolerate hate speech, harassment, or other forms of harmful behavior, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
6. Reporting a Problem with an Order or Returning an Item
If you have a problem with an order or need to return an item, please contact the seller directly to resolve the issue. If you're unable to resolve the issue with the seller, please let us know and we'll do our best to help. We have a process in place for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers, and we'll work with both parties to find a solution that's fair and reasonable.
