Orders & Shipping
As a seller on Duqhan, it’s important to keep track of your orders and shipping details to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Here are some tips on how to manage orders and set up shipping:
Viewing Orders
Once you receive an order on Duqhan, you will receive a notification and an email with the order details. You can also view your orders on your Seller Dashboard, under the “Orders” tab. Here you can see the order status, customer details, and the items ordered.
Setting up Shipping
To set up your shipping, you can use the Shipping Settings section of your Seller Dashboard. Here, you can set shipping rates for each location you ship to, specify the shipping carrier, and select the shipping methods available to your customers.
You can also set up shipping rules, such as free shipping for orders over a certain amount or offering a discount for local pickups. Make sure to accurately calculate your shipping rates and select the appropriate shipping methods to avoid any delays or customer complaints.
Remember to keep your shipping information up to date and notify your customers if there are any changes to your shipping policy.
