What’s the status of my order?

How to Check the Status of Your Order:

  1. Login to your Duqhan account.
  2. Click on ‘My Orders’ in your account dashboard.
  3. Find the order in question and click on ‘View Order.’
  4. The order details will be displayed, including the order status and estimated delivery date.
