Get help with an item that has not arrived
At Duqhan, we work hard to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. However, sometimes items may not arrive as expected. If you have placed an order and it has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, there are several steps you can take to get help.
Steps to Take:
- Check your order status: First, log in to your Duqhan account and go to your orders page to check the status of your item. This will give you an idea of where your item is in the delivery process.
- Contact the seller: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and the order status shows that it has been shipped, contact the seller. You can do this by going to the order page and clicking the “Contact Seller” button. Explain the situation and ask for an update on the delivery.
- Contact Duqhan customer support: If you have been unable to resolve the issue with the seller, or if the seller is unresponsive, contact Duqhan customer support for assistance. You can do this by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page and selecting “Order Issue” as the reason for contact.
