How to cancel an order
We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled due to various reasons. At Duqhan, we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to cancel their orders. Please read the following guidelines on how to cancel an order on Duqhan.
How to cancel an order:
- Log in to your Duqhan account and go to your order history.
- Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
- Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu and add any additional comments, if required.
- Click “Submit” to confirm your cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with details of your canceled order.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our return policy guidelines for instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
