How to Send Messages to Buyers

If you have a question about a product or need help with your order, contacting the seller’s shop is the best way to get the information you need.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in purchasing.
2. There will be an option to select ‘Product Inquiry’
3. You can enter the message regarding the product.
4. Once you’ve filled out your message, click “Send” to submit your message to the seller.

How to reply to a message

1. When you are on the customer dashboard, click on ‘Messages‘ on the left pane and here you can view all the messages with the seller.
2. Type your response in the text box.
3. Select Send.

The seller will receive your message and should respond to you as soon as possible. If you don’t hear back from them within a few days, you can contact Duqhan’s customer support team for assistance.

Remember, when contacting a seller’s shop, be respectful and provide as much detail as possible to help them address your question or concern.
